1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ba 8 and all its members. By accessing ba 8's website, mobile app, or any of its services through any channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Ba 8 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay informed.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in accordance with Bangladeshi law.

2 Account Registration & Membership

Membership with ba 8 is entirely voluntary. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Registering with false or misleading information will result in account termination, and any pending winnings may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and date of birth when creating an account.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. It should never be shared with anyone.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you need to update any information provided at registration, please contact customer support.

Ba 8 may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time. Failure to provide these may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Age Verification & Minor Protection

Ba 8 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform.

• A national ID or birth certificate may be requested at any time to verify a user's age.
• If there are minors in your household, ensure your account is kept out of their reach.
• Use a PIN lock or password protection on the ba 8 app.

4 Betting Rules

Your account must have sufficient balance to place bets on ba 8. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so review your bet carefully before submitting.

• Minimum and maximum limits apply to every bet.
• Odds in live betting can change in real time. Always check the odds before confirming your bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ba 8 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same match to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• For accumulator or combo bets, if any single leg is voided, the entire bet will be recalculated.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support or submitting a request through your account settings. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

• As part of responsible betting, you may temporarily or permanently close your account at your own discretion.
• If an account is voluntarily closed, any valid balance will be returned.
